TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We suggest registering in the area reserved for you on the website http://www.elbocontrolli.it/area-clienti to obtain free information and services.

The Technical Assistance Service is guaranteed for all ELBO CONTROLLI NIKKEN products.
Specialized staff will respond to the request as quickly as possible.
After analyzing the problem and identifying the solution, the intervention can be managed in the following ways:
• online solution;
• sending of the spare part, accompanied by replacement procedures;
• sending the damaged material to ELBO CONTROLLI NIKKEN, for a repair estimate: only after acceptance of the estimate by the customer will the goods be repaired and returned within the timeframe indicated in the estimate;
• planning of the intervention at the customer's site within 4 working days.
